Calling all local clubs, community groups and charities – Booval Fair has a dedicated pop-up space located within the centre that’s free for eligible groups.

Popping up in a local shopping centre can be a great way to let the community know all about your group, what you do and how they can get involved. Great for local not-for-profit special interest/hobby groups, locally run sporting clubs, local community charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Ipswich-based groups who meet the charity or community group criteria can use the free space up to twice per calendar year, and for up to seven days per booking.

Booval Fair is proud to be the heart of the local community since 1969. To help support our local charities, clubs, and community groups, Booval Fair offers groups the use of a free space within our centre to assist them with raising awareness for their group, building membership, recruiting new volunteers, or promoting an upcoming special event. In accordance with centre guidelines, prior to approving your request we need to ensure that you meet the criteria for a community booking. Please complete the details below. Booval Fair only permits one community pop up to use the space each week. Each group is permitted to use the space twice per year with bookings up to (but not exceeding) 7 days per booking period. Bookings are subject to availability and in compliance with Booval Fair's presentation guidelines.
